2hrs Somatic Rejuvenation Full Body Massage

In this Session we will work together to soothe your nervous system with ease utilizing somatic practices such as breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, and visualization. 

In two hours, your whole body will be tended to with care & reverance 

Bodywork will focus on target areas of tension including neck, chest, diaphragm, sacrum/low back, jaw and face. 

You will be supported with warm oils and aromas of rejuvenation such as rosemary, eucalyptus, geranium and more.
